Therapy Services
Little Chatterbox Therapy Services specializes in providing speech-language therapy to children (birth-18 years of age) that may require specific intervention in addressing their communication skills so that they can interact with others in a meaningful way. Intervention can address a range of needs such as speech sound production (i.e., articulation), language comprehension, language expression, fluency, social communication, literacy, and feeding.
Free Consultation
The team will begin by conducting a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your child’s needs and determine if a speech-language evaluation is warranted
Evaluation
A speech-language evaluation will be scheduled to determine your child’s current strengths and opportunities for intervention. An individualized evaluation will be conducted that may consist of completion of intake paperwork, informal observations, and/or standardized assessments. The results of the evaluation will be summarized in a report.
Intervention
A customized therapy plan will be generated in collaboration with your child’s care team (i.e, parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers). The intervention will target your child’s specific needs using evidence based and best practice approaches. Intervention will take place in the comfort of the child’s natural environment (i.e. home, community locations).
